"During the session, I experienced a profound sense of relaxation, as if all the stress was melting away. As I gradually delve deeper into the practice, I noticed an involuntary smile spread across my face, a sign of genuine joy I was experiencing in that moment. Surprisingly, I wasn’t aware of the smile until it was pointed out to me. In the days that followed, I felt remarkably light-hearted and filled with a sense of inner-joy, Which persisted even during challenging moments at work. The daily stressors seemed more manageable, and my mood remained surprisingly upbeat. Needless to say, I am eager to return for more sessions, as this experience has shown me the profound benefits to the practice. I am excited to continue exploring and nurturing this newfound sense of tranquility in my life.

"My experience was more than I expected emotionally and physically.  I relaxed on the grounding mat, had the BEMER Spot on my sore wrists and tried out the Ajna light. I was initially intimidated by the Ajna light. Riley guided me through what to expect and catered the light settings to my needs and comfort level. I was pleasantly surprised to feel a variety of positive emotions during the two-ten minute sessions.  During the journey,  I experienced joy, empathy , gratitude and relaxation, After my session, there was careful guidance to process the journey. For the rest of the day, I felt a sense of peace and calm, increased patience, and had better sleep than before! So thankful for this wellness space!"
